Enrollment for legal entities
Membership of cities, municipalities, commercial companies and entrepreneurs
Upon joining the Mobilitatis Omni grouping, the selected membership fee is paid. Support to the grouping for legal entities is possible in three ways. Either through

- affiliate membership; either as the
- supporting member.

The amount of the membership fee for full members is tentatively recommended based on the number of inhabitants of the municipality or based on the size of the company. Full members receive one vote for every twenty euros of the membership fee in the decision-making process at the groupings's annual assembly.
Affiliated members are not registered as shareholders of the association in the court register, and they do not receive decision-making votes at the association's annual general meeting. The membership fee for affiliated members is between €1,800.00 and €600.00, and then the annual membership fee is between €600.00 and €200.00. The amount of the membership fee is chosen by the affiliated members themselves.
Supporting members express their support by signing the Letter of Support and do not pay the membership fee to the grouping.
We also invite your legal entity to support the operation of the grouping.

Full membership is recommended for all those interested in the establishment and upgrades of mainly railway infrastructure.
For the enrollment of full members, the recommended annual membership fee depends on the size of the municipality or the size of the company.
Upon enrollment in the grouping, the selected joining membership fee is paid. The annual membership fee then means a third of the value of the selected joining membership fee.

We also offer an affiliate membership option.
Affiliated membership is for legal entities interested in:

- establishment and upgrading of bus infrastructure;
- establishing and upgrading cycling infrastructure; and
- soft short-term measures such as: appropriate routes and frequencies of intercity bus traffic and coordinated timetables of trains and buses.

Affiliated members are published as members on the groupings's website, but they are not entered in the court register and they do not have the option of voting at the annual assembly of the grouping. The recommended joining membership fee for affiliated members is between €1,800 - €600, which then means an annual membership fee of between €600 - €200.

Supporting members
Support to the grouping's operation and programme
Last but not least, we offer legal entities the possibility of support through a supporting membership, by signing a Letter of Support. Signing the Letter of Support is not tied to a financially binding membership in the grouping. Supporting members are listed in text on the webpages of the grouping, in support of the operation of the grouping, but they are not entered in the court register and they do not receive decision-making votes at the annual assembly of the grouping.
