At Mobilitatis Omni, we pay attention to the protection of personal data and respect individual privacy. We undertake to protect personal data obtained through the declaration of accession, the page for membership fees, the registration form for e-newsletters, or the registration form for events.
The privacy policy regulates the collection, storage, and processing of personal data that Mobilitatis Omni collects when you join the institute, or when you subscribe to receive content such as e-news, invitations to events, and publications.
Your data will be used exclusively to inform about our training and events and for notifications related to our activity and will not be accessible to the public. We will protect the collected data following ZVOP-1 (Law on Data Protection), ZVOP-2 (Law on Data Protection) (aligned with the last second reading in April 2018, it will be adjusted with the adoption of ZVOP-2), and GDPR.

3. Personal data and purpose of processing
We use personal data only to carry out the activities of the Mobilitatis Omni grouping and to provide information to members and everyone who subscribes to receive the grouping’s e-news.
We store and process personal data primarily for the following purposes:
- keeping in touch with members and keeping them informed;
- informing members about upcoming events and activities of the grouping;
- informing members about important milestones of the association;
- informing e-news subscribers about upcoming events and announcements on websites.
The personal data of members is collected with the legal basis of membership, i.e. a signed Declaration of Access and access to the MBTT club via the website and paid donations.
We process:
- basic contact information (name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address);
- data about the use of our websites (clicks on links, time spent) and data regarding the response to our electronic mail messages (whether the message was opened, which links were clicked);
- server data (eg date and time of visits, subpages visited, information viewed or searched for, etc.);
- device data (data about the computer or mobile device with which you access the website, including operating system, model, web browser, etc.);
- information about the use of our website;
- aggregated data for advertising marketing purposes.
4. Legal basis for processing personal data
We collect your data only when it is necessary or you have consented to it yourself. We will not process your data if the purpose or basis for their processing is not adequately justified by the applicable regulations in the field of personal data protection (Personal Data Protection Act, Official Gazette of the RS No. 94/07 – official consolidated text (ZVOP-1), Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals in the processing of personal data and the free flow of such data (GDPR)) and the Electronic Communications Act, Official Gazette RS 109/12, 110/13, 40/14 – ZIN-B, 54/14 – Ord. US, 81/15 and 40/17 (ZEKom-1)).
Following the provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:
- insight;
- correction;
- deletion;
- portability;
- restrictions on the processing of personal data;
- objection.
Mobilitatis Omni also processes your data based on a statutory legal basis: based on national legislation, including the Act on Prevention of Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 68/16 and 81/19; ZPPDFT-1), the Act on the protection of personal data (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 94/07 – official consolidated text; ZVOP-1), the Act on Copyright and Related Rights (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 16/07 – official consolidated text, 68/08, 110/ 13, 56/15 and 63/16 – ZKUASP; ZASP), etc., based on other international agreements and EU regulations, which oblige WPM to, in certain cases, forward personal data of individuals to state authorities and other controllers to fulfill its or their legal obligations or jurisdiction.
