The Mobilitatis Omni Institute was established as a private institution. The Alliance consortium is an informal form of partnership.
Membership fee. Upon joining the institute, the selected membership fee is paid and then the annual membership fee is paid annually.

No. Upon accession to the Alliance and the Mobilitatis Omni Institute, the Declaration of Accession shall be completed.

Yes, full members of the institute are entered in the court register. Usually once a year.

No, the Alliance’s consortium has not (yet) been formalized. We are not currently planning to formalize the consortium, but we do not exclude this option in the future, in terms of direct applications for tenders. When the application for the relevant tender will be relavant, the members of the consortium will sign the Consortium Agreement.

The assessment of all key stakeholders is that Slovenia has a poorly developed sustainable transport infrastructure, where the railway infrastructure should be the carrier and promoter of sustainable mobility. Without a professional civic initiative, as set up by the Mobilitatis Omni institute, it is difficult to expect the much-needed radical improvement of railway infrastructure.
The Ministry of Infrastructure, the Directorate of the Republic of Slovenia for Infrastructure and the Slovenian Railways and comparable stakeholders at the regional and national level in neighbouring countries. At EU level, these are mainly, but not exclusively, the Directorate-General for Mobility and Transport and the Directorate-General for Regional and Urban Policy.

Individuals also have the opportunity to become members of the institute. They are not entered in the court register as members, but are listed as members on the institute’s website.

The council of the institute will be established—in accordance with the legal guidelines—, when the institute has two full-time employees.
The management of the institute is simple and cost-effective. The director of the institute is currently doing his job pro-bono.
